On the basis of the WWR-K reactor of the Institute of Nuclear Physics (Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan), scientific and technical works are being undertaken to develop and design high-intensity sources of ultracold neutrons (UCN) and also very cold neutron (VCN) source.
The Institute of Nuclear Physics would like to offer the use of the sources to the wide international community.
The aim of this workshop is to bring together international experts to suggest and discuss ideas and challenges for the development of the UCN/VCN sources at INP as well as their experimental application.
The workshop will be attended by specialists, material scientists, and scientists and all potential users of the sources.
